Decision
The design of the device for mechanical dewatering of the fuel-oil residue was developed. The unit was installed and used for land remediation (elimination of oil sludge lakes) near the city of Grozny. The operating principle of the unit is based on the difference of the impact of inertial force on water and fuel-oil residue upon contact with the rotating cone.
