Decision
Energy inspection of the site for storage and heating of raw materials for preparation (blowing) of stock bitumen by ZAO MPK KRZ was done. Also, taking into account the existing operating procedures, technical characteristics and overall dimensions of the equipment and the state of the thermal insulation, the general amounts of energy consumption were calculated. The sources and consumers of energy resources were specified and the balance of consumption was made up.
On the basis of the analysis of the inspection results the measures on reduction of the energy intensity of production were suggested and the quantitative estimation of implementation of the energy saving program was done.
