Decision
The project "Basic Technical solutions" (OTP) provides for a variant study on the object: "Construction of a storage warehouse for dark petroleum products on a land plot cadastral number XX:XX:0070061:XX" for the acceptance of raw materials (tar) and marketable products (bitumen road) from automobile and pipeline transport, storage of raw materials and marketable products and shipment of raw materials and marketable products to automobile and pipeline transport.
The functional purpose of the projected site is:
- reception of raw materials (tar) and commercial products (bitumen) by unloading automobile and railway transport (beyond the design boundaries), as well as from technological sites of a neighboring enterprise (beyond the design boundaries);
- temporary storage and heating of raw materials and marketable products;
- shipment of raw materials and marketable products to road transport and via pipeline to the technological sites of a neighboring enterprise.
The following production sites are provided for the variant study of the design of a dark oil products storage warehouse:
- The unloading area of vehicles.
- The area of storage and heating of raw materials and marketable products.
- The heating area of the coolant.
- Vehicle loading area.
- The location of fire-fighting water supplies.
