A technical inspection was carried out at the flexible roof production facility.
Objectives of the technical survey:
- assessment of the technical condition of the equipment and the technological line for the preparation of polymer bitumen binder (PBB);
- identification of a reserve for increasing the productivity of the production line;
- development of recommendations for improving the efficiency and increasing the productivity of the processing line to the specified operating conditions, which actually provide for an increase in line productivity up to 2 times.
The technical survey included the following works:
- visual inspection;
- survey of specialists;
- study and analysis of technical documentation and technological maps;
- instrumental assessment;
- conducting testing activities.
