The project "Basic technical solutions" (OTP) provides for variant study of the facility: "Bitumen storage, bitumen terminal for 20,000 tons in the village of Chernaya Mud at the address of the Moscow region, Solnechnogorsky district, village Lunevskoye, site with cadastral number 50:09:0060510:3371" and "Bitumen warehouseand 20 thousand tons in Chekhov city district, Moscow region, land plot with cadastral number 50:31:0010501:210". The main technical solutions have been developed on the basis of variant design. The main solutions have been developed for two variants of the master plan (in agreement with the Work Customer): for the "day tank" technology and the "Dome system internal heating" technology. The functional purpose of the projected enterprises is: - receiving bitumen for road construction by unloading motor vehicles; - storage of road bitumen; - shipment of bitumen in bulk to vehicles. The following sections are provided for by the variant design of the enterprise: - The unloading and loading area of vehicles. - Bitumen storage area. - The heating area of the coolant. - The preheating area (for the "day tank" technology). - The location of fire-fighting water supplies. - Administrative and household complex.
