The project "Basic technical solutions" (OTP) has been developed for the facility: "Construction of a discharge and filling complex for dark petroleum products on a land plot cadastral number 52:26:0150002:1083" for the acceptance of raw materials (tar, oil-plasticizer), storage of raw materials and finished products (bitumen) and shipment of raw materials and finished products. products by railway transport.
The functional purpose of the projected site is:
- receiving raw materials (tar, oil-plasticizer) and finished products (bitumen) by unloading automobile (beyond the design boundaries) and railway transport, as well as from technological sites of the enterprise;
- temporary storage and heating of raw materials and finished products;
- shipment of raw materials and finished products to the projected railway overpass and to the technological sections of the enterprise.
The following production sites are provided for the variant study of the design of the draining and filling complex:
- Railway transport unloading area.
- The area of storage and preparation of raw materials and finished products.
- The heating area of the coolant.
- The location of fire-fighting water supplies.
