The installation is designed for melting refractory mastics for seams of bridge structures. The smelter is equipped with a diesel fuel burner, a mechanical stirrer and a circulation pump for thermal oil. Indirect heating of bitumen polymer mastic briquettes for joints of the TECHNONICOL BPG-DSH type is provided. The useful capacity of the smelter is 700 liters. The operation of the agitator, burner and pump is provided in an automated mode. Finished products with a temperature of 180 degrees are unloaded into portable containers or a wheelbarrow.
