Decision
The consumable warehouse of the manufacturing enterprise (asphalt concrete plant) is intended for acceptance, long-term (off-season) storage, heating and delivery of viscous road bitumen.
The projected site includes 2 reservoirs, automotive bitumen discharge and filling stations, a heating area for the coolant, as well as technological pipelines.
Vertical steel tanks with a volume of 4,900 m3 with an oil heating system, fire protection equipment and instrumentation elements. Bitumen intake is provided at two bitumen discharge stations from automobile tanks. The product can be shipped to road transport (automobile filling station) and to the consumable tanks of the asphalt mixing plant.
The technology of the tank farm provides for long-term (off-season) storage of bitumen, followed by heating by the Kupol-200-4900 internal heating system to the temperatures of shipment to external transport.
Heat supply to the tank farm is provided by a 1.5 MW thermal oil heating station using natural gas.
