Decision
The technological solution includes a bitumen distribution line, a bitumen main and a bitumen receiving and storage area.
The bitumen distribution line is a bitumen main pipeline, a bitumen receiving and storage area, and a thermal oil (coolant) heating station operating in manual and automated modes.
The main bitumen pipeline is a thermally insulated pipeline heated by thermal oil through heat satellites, through which bitumen is gravity-discharged to the technological equipment of cable production workshops.
The bitumen receiving and storage area consists of a bitumen receiving and long-term storage tank, a flow tank, a receiving tank, distribution combs, a bitumen pumping unit and an electric thermal oil heating station with a capacity of 120 kW.
