Decision
The engineering part of the design of the 5,000 t storage facility for immediate use of bitumen was developed. The storage consists of one vertical steel storage tank RVS 5000, two bitumen unloading points, a heating station for heat carriers (hot oil and vapor). Bitumen is discharged from the storage facility to the process flow for production of asphalt mixes, polymer-bitumen binders and asphalt emulsions. The scope of works includes: process flow diagram and piping and instrumentation diagram of the storage facility, diagram and detail drawing of assemblies, selection of equipment to assure the designed operating conditions, energy calculation
