The consumable warehouse of the polymer-bitumen binder production site is designed for the preparation, storage, heating and delivery of PBB, acceptance from motor vehicles and storage of raw materials for PBB - oil-plasticizer. The projected site includes RVSN-60 tanks, a PBV preparation unit, an automobile filling station, a coolant heating station, an automobile oil-plasticizer discharge station, as well as technological pipelines. Vertical steel tanks with a volume of 60 m3 with an oil heating system and instrumentation elements. Bitumen supply to the PBB preparation plant is provided via a process pipeline from existing sites. Plasticizer oil intake is provided at the automotive discharge station through a flexible hose. Short-term storage of plasticizer oil is carried out in the RVSN-60 tank. The shipment of PBBs is provided at one filling station in automobile tanks. Operating technology The tank farm provides for short-term storage of PBBs during the maturation period. Heat supply to the tank farm is provided by the KH500 thermal oil heating station using natural gas.
