Manufacture equipment for melting bitumen packaged in a clover container
Decision
Bitumen melting equipment (bitumen smelter) is the main node of the mobile bitumen terminal site. The main storage stock includes medium-tonnage containers of the clovertainer type.
The developed equipment provides melting of packaged bitumen with a capacity of up to 3.5 tons/hour.
The smelter has three loading chambers. Side loading of the clovertainers using a forklift is provided.
