Decision
The technological facility consists of a main and additional storage area, a prepackaged bitumen preparation area and a processing area, an internal passage, parking areas for technological and personal vehicles, and, if necessary, may include: a fire-fighting area, administrative and residential premises.
The projected technological site includes:
- melting plants of packaged bitumen 2x3t/hour with top and side loading;
- tank farm (process tanks) for intensive heating and operational storage of bitumen 3x70 m3;
- installation of heating of an intermediate coolant (thermal oil) of 0.7 MW with consumable tank containers of liquefied gas;
- automobile post for the shipment of products per car, 30 cubic meters/hour.
