The bitumen warehouse is designed for acceptance, long-term (off-season) storage, heating, delivery of viscous road bitumen, as well as the production, storage and delivery of PBBs. The projected site includes a tank farm, preheating tanks, bitumen discharge and filling stations, an automobile plasticizer discharge station, thermal oil heating stations, a PBB preparation site, as well as technological pipelines. The tank farm consists of six vertical steel tanks with a volume of 4,900 m3 with an oil heating system, fire protection equipment and instrumentation elements. Bitumen intake is provided at automobile discharge and filling stations for 2 cars. The shipment of bitumen and PBB is provided at automobile discharge and filling stations for 2 cars. Plasticizer intake is provided at the automotive plasticizer drain station. Accounting for incoming / shipped products is provided by weighing on car scales.
