To make an installation and technological scheme
-
To develop the working documentation of the modernization project
Decision
The technological facility (bitumen consumable warehouse) is designed for receiving raw materials (bitumen, oil-plasticizer) from automobile and railway transport, off-season storage, preparation of polymer-bitumen binders and shipment of bitumen and PBB to road transport.
The projected site includes: an inter-seasonal storage tank park of 7,000 m3, railway bitumen discharge posts, automobile bitumen and PBB discharge posts, a coolant heating area, intermediate (drain) tanks, preheating tanks, as well as technological pipelines.
The tank farm is a consumable warehouse of the PBV installation and consists of four tanks (existing 3hRVS2000, 1hRVS1000, technical re-equipment) with an oil heating system, fire protection equipment and instrumentation elements. The tanks are designed for off-season (long-term) storage with subsequent heating of bitumen to temperatures of in-house transportation.
The preheating tanks (2xRGS70, new installation) are provided with preheating by oil heating systems to the temperatures of shipment from the warehouse. In addition, preheating is provided in the intermediate (drain) tanks of the railway drainage posts (underground 4xRGSp60, existing).
Railway bitumen discharge posts are provided for gravity intake of up to 4 railway tanks at the same time (existing, beyond the design boundary).
Two bitumen and PBB discharge and filling stations provide for the reception of bitumen to the warehouse from vehicles, as well as the shipment of both bitumen and polymer-bitumen binders.
Heat supply of the warehouse equipment is provided by a 1.0/1.5 MW thermal oil heating station.
