Decision
So as to help the customer make a decision on execution of works on restoration of the railway bitumen facility a technological inspection was done. Under this project the technical condition of the pit-type bitumen storage, of the railway spur section and the production equipment for extra heating and in-plant conveying of bitumen was estimated. The preliminary cost estimates of reconstruction of the process area were given.
