Asphalt concrete mixing plant, stanitsa Pavlovskaya. Inspection of the pit-type storage facility of the company, including thermal fields of bitumen in the pit and the main bay of the storage facility was done. It was revealed that during intake of the binder it is the least heated bitumen (from lower layers) that flows from the storage bay to the pit via the bottom discharge chute. Recommendations on improvement of the system of initial bitumen heating in the storage facility were suggested, energy costs calculation of heating elements of the steam heating system was done.
