Main tasks
-
To develop a technology for receiving, storing and shipping bitumen
-
Prepare the design and working documentation of the technical specifications section
-
To manufacture equipment for heating bitumen in the RVS 4900 tank
Decision
The bitumen warehouse is a rail-based one and is designed for long-term storage of bitumen (in the off-season), as well as ensuring the transshipment of bitumen from railway to road transport.
The warehouse consists of two tank farms: a storage park and drain tanks of a railway discharge ramp; a heating area for the coolant, and drain-filling stations.
Reception and shipment of the product are provided at automobile discharge and filling stations for 2 cars and at 4 discharge stations from railway tanks.
Off-season storage is provided in vertical steel tanks RVS 4900 without heating.
The warehouse implements two-stage bitumen preparation (heating) using the technology of internal heating by Dome systems:
- up to a temperature of 110-120 °C in RVS 4900 tanks (R-1...R-9);
- up to a temperature of 150-160 ° C in the internal devices of Dome-200-4900 RVS 4900 tanks (R-1 and R-2).
At railway drainage posts, heating technology provides for combined heating with thermal oil (Igla type installations) and steam in tanks up to 90-110 ° C and intensive heating in drain tanks 2hRVS300 (R-10, P-11) to shipping temperatures (150-160 °C) for vehicles.
Bitumen heating and heating of technological communications are provided at the heating site of the coolant (thermal oil) by two TMN-1000G stations powered by natural gas, heating of the coolant (steam) for the discharge site from railway tanks is provided by the Uran-MPGU-5000 steam generator powered by natural gas.
