Decision
The tar and bitumen warehouse is designed for receiving, long-term (off-season) storage, heating and dispensing of viscous road bitumen or tar.
The projected site includes a reservoir with pumping equipment, as well as technological pipelines.
Vertical steel tank with a volume of 4,900 m3 with an oil-fired internal heating system Kupol-500, fire protection equipment and instrumentation elements. Bitumen intake is provided from existing technological sites (beyond the design boundaries), and product shipment is provided to existing technological sites (beyond the design boundaries).
The technology of the storage tank provides for long-term (off-season) storage of bitumen/tar, followed by heating by the Kupol-500-4900 internal heating system to shipment temperatures.
