Decision
The project documentation provides for the construction of the facility: "Mastic and Primer workshop and infrastructure for its operation, located at XXX st., Voskresensk, Moscow Region." The workshop will be able to produce a wide range of bitumen mastics, primers and water-bitumen emulsions with a production capacity of up to 32,000 tons per year with a working time of 7,000 hours per year.
The projected technological site (within the boundaries of the design) includes:
- automobile bitumen collection (discharge) posts at the consumable warehouse;
- a group of vertical steel tanks (2hRVS250, 2hRVS175, 1hRVS60);
- heating area of the coolant;
- the location of the expansion tank;
- workshop of mastics and primers.
